Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

Petitioner made an application for transfer and at the time of processing transfer application petitioner was found to be a single teacher in the subject in the school as a result whereof decision could not be taken on transfer application of the petitioner.

Writ petition was filed being WPA 13554 of 2022 which was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 5th August, 2024 directing the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Bankura to take steps for

transfer of the petitioner based on notification dated 3rd January, 2022.

It also appears that pursuant to the order dated 5th August, 2024 respondent no.5 by issuing memo dated 23rd August, 2024 requested the neighbouring schools for providing a teacher who can be deputed in place of the petitioner for transferring her.

In consideration of memo dated 23rd August, 2024 issued by the respondent no.5, this Court finds that step was taken in terms of the order dated 5th August, 2024. Therefore, no further direction is required.

However, respondent no.5 is directed to make further endeavour to find out a teacher from neighbouring school who can be deputed in place of the petitioner for facilitating petitioner's transfer. 7.

If a teacher can be deputed in place of the petitioner, petitioner shall be transferred immediately thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

However, there shall be no order as to costs.

10. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned Advocates for the parties on the usual undertakings.
