Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition is in relation to selection process for appointment of candidates to the post of Assistant Teachers (Work Education and Physical Education) of upper primary schools. He, accordingly, submits that this writ petition is not covered by the judgement passed on 11th December, 2020. Accordingly, he prays for recalling of the earlier order passed on February 4, 2021.

Accordingly, the order dated February 4, 2021 is recalled.

The application being C.A.N. 1 of 2021 is allowed. Let the writ petition appear in the list on April 8, 2021. (Shekhar B. Saraf, J.)
