Mr. Shuvro Prokash Lahiri, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is a typographical mistake in the order dated 28th October, 2025 and he prays for correction of the same.

On perusal of the order dated 28th October, 2025, it is revealed that in paragraph 3 instead of "In the circumstances, the D.P.S.C., South 24-Parganas shall obtain the medical opinion of the petitioner's spouse from the CMOH, South 24-Parganas and forward the same along with comments to the Secretary, W.B.B.P.E. Upon receipt of the medical opinion of the petitioner's spouse and if satisfied, the Secretary, W.B.B.P.E. shall take an appropriate decision thereon, within a period of fourteen weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order." in the order, it should be read as "In the circumstances, the D.P.S.C., South 24-Parganas shall obtain the medical opinion of the petitioner's child

from the CMOH, South 24-Parganas and forward the same along with comments to the Secretary, W.B.B.P.E. Upon receipt of the medical opinion of the petitioner's child and if satisfied, the Secretary, W.B.B.P.E.

shall take an appropriate decision thereon, within a period of fourteen weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order." The other portion of the order dated 28th October, 2025 shall remain the same.

The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
