State of West Bengal The instant revisional application has been filed against the order dated 07.08.2009 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Tehatta, Nadia in Sessions Case No. 66(8) of 2007 and corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 12(1) of 2008 arising out of Thanarpara Police Station Case No. 09/06 dated 17.02.06 under Sections 448/326/307/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code by rejecting the prayer of the petitioner for recalling the Pws 1, 2, 3, 7 and 8.

None appears for the parties.

The learned trial court is to proceed with the recording of the evidence and dispose of the Sessions Case No. 66(8) of 2007 as this court finds no illegality or impropriety in the order impugned. The revisional application is dismissed.
