1. In view of the order of rejection in respect of co-accused by a Coordinate Bench in CRM(A) 1463 of 2024 dated 26th April, 2024 and admittedly the present petitioner stands on the same footing as Kuntal Ghorui, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

2. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
