Mr. Suddhadev Adak ...for the petitioners The petitioner is claiming arrear family pension and retirement benefit because of her father's death in the year 1965. The petitioner submits that even after her father's death, her mother was not given the pension amount.

In my view, this matter is extremely delayed matter and I decline to exercise my jurisdiction in this matter.

Therefore, the matter is dismissed.
