The Special Leave Petition to Appeal (C) No(s) 3802/2023 filed by the General Manager, Kajora Area, Eastern Coal Fields Limited (in short ECL) challenging the order of the Division Bench upholding the order of the Single Bench wherefrom the contempt petition emanates have been dismissed by an order dated 27th February, 2023.

The order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 27th February, 2023 filed in Court today is taken on record.

It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the alleged contemnors that after the dismissal of the appeal ECL has taken steps to comply with the order and makes over a letter dated 18th March, 2023 written by the Area Personal

Manager, Kajora Area, ECL to the petitioner as also the petitioner's reply thereto.

The said two letters are also taken on record.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this matter is adjourned and shall appear in the combined Monthly List of July, 2023.
