We find impugned is order no. 21 dated 6th June, 1998 passed under section 24 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. Sub-section (2) in section 28 does not include appeal from an order under section 24. Furthermore, order under section 24 cannot be drawn up as a decree. The appeal, therefore, is not maintainable. F.M.A. 1004 of 2009 is dismissed.
