Report submitted on behalf of the state be kept with the record. Report reflects that a sharp vigil has been maintained in the area at the behest of the Officer-in-Charge, Debra Police Station.

Learned advocate for the petitioner also acknowledges that for the time being there is no breach of the peace at the locality. But he apprehends in future there may be some difficulties created at the instance of the respondents. If the petitioner during his cultivation period is disturbed he will approach the concerned police station who would take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 19695 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending applications if any are consequently disposed of.
