The prayer of the petitioner was for supply of all the documents and depositions which were relied upon by the enquiry committee in their report. Undoubtedly, the petitioner was heard, but these documents were not supplied. The petitioner is entitled to those documents which were used against him.

Under such circumstances, both the collage and the university are directed to supply copies of all the documents and depositions which were relied upon by the enquiry committee in their report, either in the form of softcopies or hardcopies, as per convenience.

The said documents shall be supplied to the petitioner as also the learned advocate on record for the petitioner within a week from the date of communication of this order.

As the coordinate Bench had already permitted the petitioner to challenge the report, the petitioner will be at liberty to do so, upon receipt of the documents from the authorities.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. 5.

However, there will be no order as to costs.

Parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
