In the 2nd line of the 2nd Paragraph of the order dated 07.08.2024 'dismissed as withdrawn' shall be read as 'dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file afresh, if the situation demands'.

Department is directed to make necessary correction to that effect in the order dated 07.08.2024. Copy of the order be sent to the Department for immediate compliance.
