1. Let the affidavit-of-service, as filed in Court, be kept on record.

2. The petitioner assails the acts of commission or omission of the financial institution being the respondent No.1 herein.

3. Bereft of such challenge, which, on strict scrutiny, may not cross the hurdles of alternative and efficacious remedy, statutorily mandated before Debts Recovery Tribunal, the petitioner is willing to pay off dues to the tune of Rs. 15,00,000/- with an upfront payment.

4. Let such proposal be given by the petitioner by December 24, 2025 with the respondent No.1 who shall consider and dispose of such repayment proposal by January 5, 2026.

5. With the afore-stated observation, WPA 18989 of 2025 is disposed of. No order as to costs.
