The petitioner seeks interim protection pending hearing of the matter by the DRT-3.

By a Notification issued in September, 2022, the matters of DRT-3 were assigned to DRT-1. The matters of DRT-1 then assigned to the DRT, Siliguri Bench and parties were given the option for virtual hearing before such Bench. The petitioner, hence, has the liberty to go before the assigned Bench of the DRT and take all requisites steps therein. The parties before the court shall also have liberty of taking suitable steps to expedite the hearing of the same.

W.P.A.19328 of 2022 is disposed of in terms of the above.
