Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that they have been informed that the investigation of the case has ended in a charge sheet.

In such circumstances, he prays for withdrawal of the instant revisional application with liberty to file the same afresh taking into consideration the charge sheet as well as other necessary documents.

In such circumstances, CRR/3583/2025 is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh on the self-same cause of action.

Learned advocate for the petitioners is permitted to take back the certified copy of the First Information Report subject to replacement of the same by an authenticated photocopy thereof.
