Khan Mr. Samrat Ghosh ....for the de-facto Mr. Anindya Sundar Chatterjee ....for the State Considering the fact that the petitioner stands implicated in the statement of the eye witnesses recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in the murder of two persons, we are unable to enlarge the petitioner on bail. In such circumstances, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM 8372 of 2021 is dismissed.
