The petitioners allege that Respondent No. 7 has disconnected the water supply to the petitioners' house, which was constructed under the Indira Awas Yojana. It is further alleged that the sewerage and drainage system has been obstructed by Respondent No. 7.

The Court observes that the matter pertains exclusively to a private dispute and does not fall within the jurisdiction of this Writ Court.

The petitioners are, however, at liberty to seek redress before the competent forum in accordance with law.
