1. Ms. Krishna Mondal, Pradhan, Saheb Nagar Gram Panchayat is personally present in Court in response to the Contempt Rule issued.

2. Learned advocate for the contemnor submits that the order passed by the Court has been complied with.

3. The resolution adopted by the gram panchayat in its meeting dated 27th January, 2026 has been handed over in Court today in support of the submission that the panchayat has detected unauthorized construction. No sanction plan was produced by the person responsible for making unauthorized construction. The panchayat has forwarded all documents in connection with the unauthorized construction to the Sub Divisional Officer, Tehatta Sub Division on 28th January, 2026.

4. A copy of the resolution adopted by the gram panchayat on 27th January, 2026 and forwarding of the same to the Sub Divisional Officer on 28th January, 2026 has been handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner in Court today.

5. It will be open for the petitioner to follow up the matter with the Sub Divisional Officer.

6. The contempt application stands disposed of.

7. Personal appearance of the contemnor stands dispensed with.
