Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Minor victim has implicated the petitioner in the offence of penetrative sexual assault.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating material and as his bail prayer had been rejected earlier, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
