The writ petitioner is aggrieved by investigation into Amherst Street P. S. Case No. 183 dated 04.08.2020. It appears from the report of the Police that investigation into the said FIR has been completed and the Charge Sheet No. 81 of 2022 dated 28.04.2022 has been filed.

Amherst Street Police Station shall continue to make efforts to trace out the money misappropriated from the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
