Inadvertent error has crept into the order dated January 13, 2023.

In the said order WPA 19937 of 2022 be read as WPA 19337 of 2022.

The department is directed to make necessary corrections accordingly.

This order be treated as part of the order dated 13th January, 2023.

None appears for the parties. No accommodation has been sought.

It appears that the petitioner is no longer interested in proceeding with the matter.

Accordingly, WPA 19337 of 2022 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
