Subrata Kumar Basu, learned advocate appears for the petitioner.

Ms. Mousumi Banerjee, learned advocate appearing for the respondent nos. 1 to 3 submits a written instruction, the same is taken on record.

Learned advocate for the petitioner referring to an order, Annexure-P5 starts at page 25 and specifically referring to an order dated December 6, 2022 at page 26 to the writ petition submits that, it has been held by the respondent no.3 that, the petitioner is eligible to receive the benefit under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojona but due to some technical glitch the same could not be extended to the petitioner.

In view of the above, the petitioner shall serve a copy of this writ petition upon the respondent no.2 for his consideration. If necessary, the respondent no.2 shall call upon the petitioner to assist him either by himself or through his authorized representative whatever manner he requires. If necessary, the respondent no.2 shall also take assistance from the Secretary, Panchayat Rural Development Department, State of West Bengal to resolve the issue.

The respondent no.2 shall complete the exercise within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Since affidavits are not called for, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted by the respondents.

With the above observation this writ petition, WPA 18963 of 2023 stands disposed of, without any order as to costs.
