Petitioner submits that notice has been sent to her informing that charge sheet has been submitted in connection with Anandapur PS Case No. 90 dated 16.05.2024.

In view of the charge sheet having been submitted, petitioner has no grievance.

Learned advocate appearing for the state has submitted a report which reflects that on conclusion of investigation, charge sheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional court.

In view of the charge sheet having been submitted, learned Magistrate in seisin of the matter would take effective steps towards completion of trial,

after affording reasonable opportunity to the affected persons.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 19654 of 2024 along with CAN 1 of 2024 is disposed of. Report so submitted be kept with the record.
