Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of the decree having been passed in connection with T.S.No.394 of 2020 by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 4th Court, Burdwan, the private respondents are interfering for cultivation as well as at the time of harvesting the crops. Petitioner claims that his peaceful possession is being repeatedly disturbed at the behest of the private respondents in violation of the order and decree passed by the civil court.

State has submitted a report which reflects that on the basis of complaint dated 19.08.2025, Galsi Police Station Case No.556 of 2025 has been registered for investigation.

In view of the police case having been registered, petitioner will ventilate his grievances so far as the other issues are concerned before the court which is in seisin of Galsi P.S. Case No.556 of 2025. Police authorities, however, would oversee that there is no violation of law and order in view of strained relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 18999 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
