Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report. The report reflects that the seized money is yet to be marked as material exhibits in the case. Mr. Mitra, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the exhibits have been marked and the trial is in process and progress.

In view of the plight of the affected parties who have lost their money, I direct the learned trial court that after the seized money is marked as material exhibits in the case, the learned court will freshly consider the application for return of the seized money, if so adviced and filed before the trial court. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 2709 of 2018 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
