The matter is pending since 2013. The matter got adjourned from time to time. By order dated 07.11.2022, the petitioner was directed to serve notice upon the opposite parties. However, the said order was not complied with. Today, also when the matter is called, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. No accommodation is sought. It seems that the petitioner does not want to proceed with the matter. Accordingly, revisional application being CRR 2189 of 2013 is dismissed for default.
