The petitioner seeks a direction on the Second Appellate Authority being the respondent no.5 to dispose of an appeal which is pending with the said Authority.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the said Authority was directed to dispose of the appeal within four months by an order of a coordinate Bench.

Learned counsel appearing for the Commission submits that the petitioner was absent in the two hearings given by the Second Appellate Authority in April and May, 2022.

W.P.A.19343 of 2022 is disposed of with a direction on the Second Appellate Authority to decide and dispose of the appeal within two weeks from date on which the Second Appellate Authority assumes charge. (Moushumi Bhattacharya, J.)
