It appears that the person responsible for the unauthorized construction was directed to demolish all sides as per an order of the Officer-in-Charge, Borough-VI, Howrah Municipal Corporation within 15 days. In default, it has been stated that the corporation shall cause the demolition and recover the costs from the concerned person. Under such circumstances, as there has been compliance of the order of my Court, the corporation shall take necessary steps in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the contempt application is disposed of. Contempt proceedings are dropped.

Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
