Appeal No. 57 of 2024 expeditiously.

The opposite parties are also represented by their learned advocates.

It has been uniformly submitted by the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties that the misc. appeal is at the hearing stage.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the argument of the petitioner is already over and now it is for the opposite parties to advance their argument. He further submits that on previous

two occasions the opposite parties also made their submissions and the misc. appeal is heard in part. In the light of the submissions made by the learned advocates for the respective parties, CO 2988 of 2025 stands disposed of with the hope and trust that the learned Additional District Judge, 5th Court at Barasat shall make an endeavour to dispose of the Misc. Appeal No. 57 of 2024 expeditiously.
