CRIMINAL REVISIONAL JURISDICTION APPELLATE SIDE CRR 3584 of 2025 Goutam Dey -Vs- Arundhuti Dey Moumita Item no.31 Court No. 237 Mr. Diptangshu Basu ....For the Petitioner The revisional application has been filed by the petitioner, opposite party in Misc. Case No. 17/2012. It is submitted that in the said case arguments were heard on behalf of both the parties and thereafter the case was fixed for hearing of further argument in 2023 itself. Since the case has been fixed for hearing argument on several dates and it could not be concluded. Judgment is yet to be pronounced in the said proceeding. The last order passed in said proceeding placed before this court is of June 3, 2025. It is noted in such order that court of learned Second Judicial Magistrate Barrackpore, South 24 Parganas was lying vacant.

Learned Judicial Magistrate First Court was in-charge of the court of Second Judicial Magistrate at Barrackpore. In such circumstances, it would be appropriate to dispose of the instant revisional application by requesting the learned First Judicial Magistrate, Barrrackpore, who is in-charge of the learned Second Judicial Magistrate at Barrackpore, where the original case is pending, to try and dispose of Misc. Case No.

17/2012 as early as possible.

With the aforesaid direction, the instant revisional application being CRR 3584 of 2025, stands disposed of. (MD. SHABBAR RASHIDI, J.)
