After perusing the instant writ petition, we find that there are fatal defects, which cannot be cured by permitting the petitioners either to amend or to file the supplementary affidavit.

Since the important issues have been raised in the instant writ petition and because of the carelessness of the learned Advocate, who filed the instant writ petition, we feel that the litigants should not suffer and, therefore, we permit the petitioners to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to file afresh on the selfsame reliefs as well as on the selfsame cause of action.
