Mr. Sudhangshu Nath ...for the petitioner Mr. Susovan Sengupta Mr. Sanatan Panja ...for the State The petitioner alleges that the police authorities, in spite of the order passed by the civil court, are not complying with the order and that she is being continuously harassed at the behest of the private respondents.

In view of the grievance expressed by the petitioner, I direct the officer-in-charge of Bhangore police station to respect and honour the order passed by the civil court which is a matter of public policy.

I further direct the police authorities of the Bhangore police station to keep strict vigil and ensure that no breach of peace and tranquility takes place in the subject property. With the above observations, WPA No.19684 of 2024 stands disposed of.
