The order dated May 1, 2025 speaks for itself in detail, as such the facts are not reiterated. The order dated May, 8, 2025 shows that the petitioner has furnished an undertaking by way of an affidavit affirmed on May 7, 2025. The relevant portion is quoted below:

"(ii) That in terms of the above direction I submit and undertake that I and the and successors-in-interest of the deceased employee shall not claim either interest on the said amount of Rs.45,99,566/- or any employment under the respondent coal company on account of death of my late husband."

In view of the above undertaking the relevant authority of the Coal Company shall disburse and pay the said sum of Rs.45,99,566/- (Rupees forty five lakh ninety nine thousand five hundred sixty six only) upon compliance of all necessary formalities and statutory requirements but positively within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.

On the above terms, this writ petition, W.P.A. 19681 of 2024 stands disposed of, without any order as to costs.
