It is contended on behalf the petitioner that the petitioner proposed to donate the plot of land comprising 40 decimal in plot No.2282 and 14 decimal in plot No.

2285 in L.R. Khatian No. 58 of Mouza Amgechia J.L. No. 236 for the purpose of setting up Rural Primary Medical Health (including pathology Diagnostic) Centre or Agricultural Development Co-Operative Society Scheme or any other Rural Development Welfare Projects and such proposal was considered by the Authority by a letter dated 9th February,

2021. The innocuous prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition is for direction upon the respondent Authorities to take effective steps for completion execution necessary deed of gift or deed of conveyance between the petitioner and the Government of West Bengal in connection with the plot in question and to complete all other requisite formalities including that of construction, raising structures and making the developmental project operational.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of prayer A of the writ petition. The 2nd respondent is directed to act in terms of prayer A to the writ petition and is expected to complete the entire exercise within three months from the date of communication of this order.

With the aforesaid observations and directions W.P.A. 20106 of 2021 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance requisite formalities.
