Mr. Saryati Datta, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State, is directed to represent the State. His appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

The present revisional application was preferred in respect of Special Case No. 01 of 2020 wherein by an order dated 09.12.2021 warrant of arrest was issued and execution return of the same was fixed on 25.01.2022.

Having regard to the nature of the prayer so advanced and the time period which has elapsed in the meantime, I am of the view that by efflux of time, the revisional application which was restricted to the execution of warrant of arrest has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 3155 of 2022 is dismissed.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
