Mr. Gobinda Das Mitra, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been served with a copy of the reasoned order.

Ms. Parna Roy Chowdhury, learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemnor submits that the reasoned order has been passed on May 6, 2026. Copy has been furnished before this Court today. The same is taken on record. Copy of the impugned order has been served upon the learned advocate for the petitioner in Court today.

Ms. Parna Roy Chowdhury, learned Advocate appearing for the alleged contemnor further submits that initially an appeal was carried out from the order dated May 7, 2025. However, since the order and direction has been complied with, the appeal has become infructuous. Her client shall take needful steps before the Hon'ble Appellate Court. A copy of today's order shall also be placed before the Hon'ble Division Bench when the appeal shall be taken up.

In view of the above, since the direction of this Court dated May 7, 2025 has been complied with and acted upon, nothing further survives in this contempt proceeding.

In view of the above, this contempt proceeding CPAN 1401 of 2025 stands dropped and closed.

Accordingly, the application CPAN 1401 of 2025 stands disposed of.
