The petitioner's grievance is that his land was acquired for the purpose of reconstruction of an embankment by the State authorities, but only a portion of compensation has been paid to him, the remaining portion still being due.

The petitioner submitted a representation before the respondent No.6 on 19th February, 2015 which has not been considered as yet. The petitioner prays for a direction upon respondent No.6 to consider the said representation. Having considered the submissions made on behalf of the parties and material on record I dispose of the writ petition with a direction upon respondent No.6 to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner on 19th February, 2015 after giving an opportunity of hearing to all the affected parties including

the petitioner, within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order, in accordance with law.

Respondent No.6 is requested to communicate the decision taken with regard to the said representation within a period of one week thereafter.

Accordingly, WPA 17712 of 2015 is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
