1. This contempt application has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated April 26, 2023 passed in F.M.A. 693 of 2022.

2. We find that the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Egra, Purba Medinipur passed an order dated March 6, 2024, which has not been challenged by the applicant/appellant.

3. Therefore, at this juncture, contempt application cannot be entertained and accordingly, the contempt application is disposed of leaving it open to the applicant/appellant to challenge the order passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Egra, Purba Medinipur before the appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.

4. No costs.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
