The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondents being the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, D.K.Block, Sector-II, Salt Lake, Kolkata-700 091 to release and pay the arrear pension for the period July, to September, 2024.

It appears that the writ petitioner has made a representation before the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner (Pension) on 30.7.2025 requesting for

payment of arrear pension at the earliest.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during pendency of the writ application, the grievance of the writ petitioner has been duly addressed, and as such he does not wish to proceed with the case.

Accordingly, WPA 19145 of is disposed of as infructuous 5.

All connected application, if any stands disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
