1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that by an order dated 12/8/2024 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in CRM (A) 2760 of 2024, the anticipatory bail application of the petitioners was allowed and they were directed to appear before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purba Medinipur in connection with the G.R Case no. 1813 of 2024 within two weeks from date. However, the petitioners could not understand the true meaning and purport of the order did not surrender before the learned Court in time. They pray for extension of time for surrender.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the State.

3. In view of the above and in the interest of the justice, the petitioners are granted liberty to surrender before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purba Medinipur and

pray for bail within four weeks from date. The rest of the order granting anticipatory bail dated 12/8/2024 shall remain the same.

4. With these observations and directions, the CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
