...For the State Mr. Niranjay Kumar Singh, learned advocate on record for the petitioners submits that he has been instructed verbally by the petitioners not to proceed with these revisional applications. When the petitioners do not want to proceed with these cases, I do not find any reason to stand in their way. The criminal revisional applications, CRR 1029 of 2009 with CRR 2963 of 2007 with the respective connected applications stand dismissed as not pressed.
