The petitioner was an approved Assistant Teacher of West Karanji Vidyasagar High School, District- Purba Medinipur, he has two fold grievances: firstly, from September 2019 till his retirement he was not paid with any salary, secondly, his retiral benefits have not yet been disbursed.

Supriyo Chattopadhyay, Learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the arrear salary as prayed for has been paid to the petitioner. Mr. Ali, learned Counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the said submission of Mr. Chattopadhyay.

Mr. Ali submits that the pension papers are now required to be uploaded in the relevant portal.

The petitioner and the school authority are required to take immediate step to upload the pension papers in the said portal.

The pension sanctioning authority upon received of the complete pension papers shall take forward step for disbursement of the retiral benefits to the petitioner in accordance with law. W.P.A. 18972 of 2023 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
