Learned advocate representing the contemnors submits upon instruction that the order dated 11th January, 2019 has been complied with. The reasoned order passed by the contemnor was challenged by the petitioner in a subsequent writ petition being WPA 271 of 2022 which was disposed of by the Court on 9th July, 2024.

The order dated 9th July, 2024 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in WPA 271 of 2022 be retained with the record.

In view of such submission, the contempt application stands disposed of.
