The first one is she is not being able to upload her roll number in the web portal of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education for getting the TET certificate.

In this regard, learned advocate for the West Bengal Board of Primary Education has submitted that if the petitioner faces any difficulty in uploading the same she may approach the grievance cell and the grievance cell will look into the matter and her grievance will be redressed.

The second issue is that the petitioner appeared in the interview on 10.12.2016 as appears from page 27 (Annexure P-4) of the writ application but she was not given the appointment letter on the ground that she did not have subject Bengali in her school leaving secondary marksheet. The petitioner was a student of school under CBSE.

If such application is true, the petitioner has already suffered.

Therefore, I direct the Secretary of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education to look into the matter and to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of 45 days from the date of communication of this order and to pass a reasoned and speaking order by ten days from the date of such hearing and to communicate the same to the petitioner. With these observations and directions, this writ application is disposed of.
