Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the husband of the victim-housewife. She made a dying declaration implicating the petitioner in the murder. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined in granting bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is thus rejected.
