Pursuant to the order dated 20th September, 2023, Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report prepared by the Inspector-in-Charge, Serampore Police Station. Let the same be kept with the record. The said report encloses statement and declaration which reflects that the present petitioner, namely, Tapas Kr. Ghosh has paid all the dues to the complainant.

Accordingly, the revisional application has become infructuous.

Thus, CRR 3157 of 2022 is disposed of.
