The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that Amta Police Station Case No.219 of 2022 dated 4th July 2022 under Sections 406/467/468 of the IPC has not been investigated effectively till date.

The petitioner alleges that the private respondents have fraudulently obtained convenience from the petitioner's husband in respect of certain property.

Apart from the fact that the petitioner may also seek civil remedies, the Amta Police is directed to investigate into the FIR expeditiously and submit a final report preferably within a period of three months from date.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
