The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the report of the inquiry officer has not been submitted before the jurisdictional Executive Magistrate in respect of a proceeding being MP Case No.03 of 2024.

The inquiry officer would, if not already started, try to conclude the inquiry and submit a report before the learned Executive Magistrate, Canning on the next date so fixed.

With the observations as above, WPA No.19683 of 2024 stands disposed of.
