Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that his application for transfer has not been considered by the school, namely Bhuta D.A.V. High School (HS), being the respondent no. 6. He has filed one representation before the Commissioner of School Education on 16th September, 2021 which has not been considered till date.

I have heard the parties including the learned advocate for the Commission.

I direct the Commissioner of School Education to give a hearing to the petitioner and also to the representative of the school within a period of four weeks from date and to pass a reasoned order thereon

and to communicate the same by two weeks after the aforesaid two weeks.

With the observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
