The revisional application was preferred challenging the Misc. Execution Case No. 96 of 2011 which was filed at the instance of the opposite party no. 2 for recovery of arrears relating to Criminal Miscellaneous Case No. 47 of 2010 under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. I have perused the orders passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Durgapur and I find that there is no illegality in respect of the steps and the processes which have been taken by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd court, Durgapur.

As such, no interference is called for by this court at this stage.

Accordingly, the present revisional application being 2588 of 2012 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, in connection with revisional application, are consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
