However, pursuant to a direction of a coordinate Bench of this Court dated 21.12.2023 a report has been submitted by the Assistant Registrar-IV dated 7th January, 2025 intimating that the Trial Court Record of Ejectment Suit No.471/2011 was received on 23.03.2021 by the Central Despatch Section under Memo No.RD/HC/02/2021 and the Trial Court Record is related to SA 159 of 2017 with SAT 35 of 2017. The Trial Court Record was sent to Second Appeal Section on 23.03.2021 and subsequently was received by Second Appeal Section on 24.03.2021. However, since none appears on behalf of the parties and considering long pendency of the matter, let this revisional application be dismissed.
